- Low student achievement: the reason they took the role in the first place. Elements™ allows for early identification of student performance with data to back up decisions that need to be made.
- Budget: See below. Same issue although as a Board Member, one can vote policy (extended calendar, deficit spending, etc.)—Elements™ streamlines the education process—doing more with less.
- Funding decisions: Elements™ provides data showing identified area of weakness and decisions can be made to invest in human resources, equipment and manipulatives to support standards based instruction.
- Ensure student progress: Elements™ can track student progress across all populations toward graduation and quality of instruction to support the work force and bring in new businesses.
- Access timely data: Through the use of robust reporting features in the Administrator Portal, a board member can view, at a high level, progress made in student achievement for all academic areas. If desired, the board member can disaggregate data to the school level or drill deeper if needed. This may validate instructional decisions that are being made by the board for the district.
