Client Services

Thinkgate partners with each client that implements the Elements™ platform. This partnership lasts well beyond the implementation and training that occurs for all new clients. We believe that our projects with educational agencies never truly end. Implementation and training is only a single phase of these projects. A client manager is assigned to facilitate these partnerships in order to understand a client’s needs and expectations. This in turn creates additional projects which include trainings, product updates, product enhancements and best practice collaboration work. Several current or recently completed projects have been included below for review.

Implementation

The implementation process of the Elements™ platform is a critical stage in the success of the solution by all users within the LEA.  All aspects of the implementation process are carried out and documented through the use of Thinkgate’s Elements™ Strategic Plan (ESP).  Throughout the initial phases of the setup and configuration, the Client Manager consults and guides the client through best practices and processes to customize of the Elements™ solution to best meets the needs of the LEA. This process has been utilized with all existing Thinkgate clients and is initiated and maintained by a Client Manager.

Client Management

A Thinkgate Client Manager is assigned to each client to serve as a representative liaison between the district and Thinkgate.  The Client Manager is responsible for serving as a single point of contact, while also guiding the district through the implementation and training processes.  All Client Managers are former educators and understand the unique needs of school districts.  Their expertise in the initial stages of the process, along with ongoing client care management, provides structure and stability to the project.
