A critical component to the support process is Thinkgate’s Support Services through the Help Desk. The Help Desk is available to primary points of contact within the LEA Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. eastern-standard time via email, phone and help ticket generated through Elements™.  Additionally, within Elements™ exists the capability of 24-hour support with Quick Start Guides and Thinkgate University (video simulations, self-paced tutorials and interactive training topics).  Any user has fulltime access to product documentation, video simulations and interactive support of specific Elements™ functionality.

Thinkgate’s Support Services continually receives high marks from the clients that it assists.
